Fitness Pilates will improve overall body strength with the main emphasis on your back and core muscles. It will also help to improve posture, mobility, joint problemsand tone your body.
Please be aware that this class is only FREE throughout July and will become £3.00 for our Get Connected members in August and onwards.

Classes are free to all pay monthly ‘Get Connected’ users or £3.00 per class for people who do not pay monthly. To take part in a class you can pre-book at reception or over the phone up to a week in advance. We recommend getting in there fast as places are limited and our classes are in high demand and its first come first served.
