A brief warm up followed by approximately 15 minutes of abdominals. Then 20 minutes of cardio which is based on squats with upper body exercises. This is followed by 15 minutes of and/or both free weight exercises and body resistance movements and then a cool down.

Classes are free to all pay monthly ‘Get Connected’ users or £3.00 per class for people who do not pay monthly. To take part in a class you can pre-book at reception or over the phone up to a week in advance. We recommend getting in there fast as places are limited and our classes are in high demand and its first come first served.
